About Our Client

Our client is an established business dedicated to delivering an exceptional level of customer service while maintaining a sustainable and highly professional working environment. They are currently looking for a proactive Commercial Administrator to join their supportive team.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day commercial activities. Working closely with both the commercial and operational teams, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth business operations and assist in driving elite service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Review and accurately code weekly timesheets for engineers and monthly timesheets for the operations team.
Handle cash collection processes and issue client account statements.
Raise and issue utility recharge invoices, as well as collating and submitting regular meter readings.
Generate and issue purchase order numbers, while approving and coding purchase invoices and credit card purchases.
Order necessary materials and parts, and resolve any incoming queries relating to purchase invoicing.
Maintain and update supply chain documentation records to ensure compliance.
Attend commercial and department meetings as required.
Provide general administrative support across the wider commercial team.Skills and Attributes

Excellent computer literacy, showing complete comfort with standard Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Previous experience or knowledge working within a Facilities Management environment.
Prior experience working within a dedicated Finance or Commercial team.
A full, valid UK driving license.
