Facilities Management Data Transformation Lead

Location: Stevenage, Bristol OR Bolton (1-2 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 month initial contract

Rate: £60-£70ph UMB (Inside IR35)

Role details:

We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a Facilities Management Data & Reporting Transformation Programme. You will lead the delivery of a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision-making across FM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.
Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.
Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.
Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.

Essential Experience:

Proven experience delivering data, BI or reporting transformation programmes.
Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management.
Excellent Power BI and reporting expertise.
Knowledge of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and programme management skills.
Experience leading implementation, UAT and knowledge transfer activities.

Desirable Experience:

Facilities Management, workplace, property or asset management environments.
IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Planon.
Experience with outsourced FM providers.
Microsoft data and BI technologies.
Regulated or security-conscious environments.
