TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are currently looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our temporary engineering team, working across commercial buildings and facilities management sites in and around London.
This is a great opportunity for engineers who are happy to work across different sites and are looking for flexible temporary work.
THE ROLE
• Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs
• Completing general electrical and mechanical building maintenance
• Supporting site teams with day to day maintenance requirements
• Completing PPM schedules and maintenance checks
• Working across different sites in and around London
• Moving between sites on a weekly basis depending on requirements
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing relevant paperwork
ABOUT YOU
• Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer
• Previous commercial building maintenance or facilities management experience
• Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Confident working independently across different sites
• Flexible and happy to work at different locations each week
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and available for temporary assignments
