Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Specialist on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivery of all financial activities as assigned to time and quality.
Compliance to the internal finance control and governance framework in place for relevant activities.
Identification and implementation of process improvement activities.  
Provision of financial data on a timely basis.
Assist in analysis and interpretation of financial information as required.
Ensuring integrity of financial data.
Maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Training and development of Finance Analysts and/or graduates and apprentices.
Working by example to support a high performing team.
Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality.
Skills and Qualifications:   

Qualifications in a relevant subject area (Business / Finance).
Ability to interpret and analyse financial information while ensuring the integrity of the data.
Demonstrable experience in financial fraud.  
Considerable experience of audits within a financial setting.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately on assigned activities.
Capable of communicating across all levels of the business.
Previous experience training finance analysts
