Customer Outcome Manager / Customer Manager Location: Fully Remote

Contract: 3 Months We are seeking an experienced Customer Outcome Manager to support a key customer-focused programme on a 3-month contract basis. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality board and committee papers, customer duty reporting, board reporting, and customer insight stories that drive informed decision-making. The successful candidate will be a strong analyst with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across the business. You will analyse customer and operational data, identify trends and insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable reports and recommendations.

Key Requirements:
Experience producing board, committee papers, and regulatory reporting
Strong understanding of Customer Duty and customer outcomes
Excellent data analysis and trend identification skills
Ability to create compelling customer stories and management information
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Previous experience operating at Manager levelThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who can combine analytical expertise with strong reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
