Client Details

This opportunity sits within a large international manufacturer of everyday consumer products, supplying major retailers and household brands across multiple markets.

The business is currently undertaking a significant transformation programme involving acquisition integration, operational expansion, digital and ERP modernisation, and organisational change, creating a unique environment where strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cultural integration are critical to success.

With operations spanning multiple countries and a strong focus on growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement, the organisation offers the scale and complexity to make a visible impact while working alongside senior executives to shape the future direction of the business.

Description

Reporting into executive leadership, this role will lead all change management activities associated with a complex programme encompassing business acquisition and integration, organisational transformation, ERP implementation, operational expansion, and process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop and deliver a comprehensive change strategy that ensures employees, leaders, and stakeholders successfully adopt new ways of working while maintaining performance and engagement throughout the transformation journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing enterprise-wide change frameworks
Assessing organisational readiness
Leading integration and cultural alignment activities
Managing stakeholder engagement
Delivering communication and training strategies
Overseeing governance and adoption metricsThe role will work closely with senior leadership, the programme steerco, HR, PMO teams, operational leaders, and c-level executive stakeholders to ensure change impacts are effectively managed and embedded.

Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, ERP deployments, multi-country transformations, and senior stakeholder management will be highly advantageous.

The successful individual will demonstrate outstanding communication and influencing skills, strong emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving organisational alignment and sustainable change outcomes.

Profile

Best-in-class communication and stakeholder management skills.
A expert level knowledge of Change Management, ideally PROSCI-certified.
Ability to lead squads of Change Managers to deliver your strategy successfully.
Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or industrial.
Experience supporting Acquisitions and Integrations.
Experience with ERP transformation across multi-countries.
Comfortable to communicate with C-suite leaders.
Willing to travel regularly through EU.Job Offer
