Site Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways scheme in Milton Keynes, with an immediate start available on Monday..

Key Responsibilities

* Setting out and surveying for earthworks and associated civil engineering works.

* Supporting the Site Agent and project management team with day-to-day engineering requirements.

* Checking levels, line and grade.

* Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings and specifications.

* Maintaining accurate site records and quality documentation.

* Working closely with subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme requirements are met.

* Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways or major civil engineering schemes.

* Strong earthworks and setting-out experience.

* Competent with surveying equipment and relevant engineering software.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Relevant engineering qualifications.

* CSCS / relevant site certification.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.
