About this contract

Inside IR35

The ideal candidate will have experience working on major Tier 1 infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to support construction teams and subcontractors in a high-risk site environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day H&S advice and guidance to site and project teams.
Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
Review RAMS, risk assessments and Construction Phase Plans.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and H&S briefings.
Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
Monitor subcontractor and supply chain H&S performance.
Promote a strong, proactive H&S culture across the project.
Requirements

Proven H&S experience within major construction / civil engineering.
Strong earthworks and civils experience.
HS2 or Tier 1 contractor experience highly desirable.
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
SMSTS/CSCS
Experience with RAMS, site inspections and risk assessments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
