Interim Project Manager – SEND Reform
3-month rolling contract | Somerset | Approx. 2 days per week on site
Summary
This project manager role will be central to the delivery of SEND Reform projects, with a focus on Somerset's Experts at Hand (EAH) model across education settings for children and young people aged 0-25, supporting the wider SEND Improvement Programme and SEND Reform Plan.

Key responsibilities:
As a project manager, enable the SEND Reform Partnership Board (Education Settings, Council Services, the NHS, Parent Carers and Children and Young People) to:
* Mobilise and deliver the SEND Reform Projects across Somerset
* Drive implementation of the EAH Locality Delivery Model.
* Manage programme plans, risks, milestones and governance reporting.
* Build strong relationships with education settings, health partners and SEND stakeholders.
* Coordinate programme communications, evaluation and performance reporting.
* Support recruitment, procurement and contract management activity linked to delivery.
Essential skills and experience:
* Project management and stakeholder engagement skills, experience and qualification (as per attached JDPS).
* SEND improvement project delivery.
* Experience of project delivery involving recruitment, commissioning/procurement and contract management.
Rate of Pay
Umbrella: £500 per day
