Reading or Cardiff | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office-Based)
£15.54 per hour PAYE
37 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday
Shifts between 8:30am and 5:30pm

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for three Sales Support Advisors to join a leading organisation within the Energy and Utilities sector.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative, customer service, sales support, contract administration or back-office experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
You will support the processing of new and renewing business energy contracts, ensuring all customer and contract information is accurately recorded and managed in line with business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Processing high volumes of business energy contracts
Managing contract renewals and retention activities
Providing administrative support to sales teams
Supporting pricing and tender-related activities
Accurately logging, quoting and accepting electricity and gas contracts
Maintaining contract records and updating internal systems
Delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers
Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all activities
Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Contract Administration or Data Processing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamEnergy, Utilities or Business-to-Business experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
