📍 Location: Manchester Airport
💷 Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 2 off rota
⏰ Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Night Shift)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a busy team at Manchester Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for consistent full-time work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across airport facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for passengers and staff.
Key Duties
General cleaning of airport facilities and public areas
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
Emptying bins and waste disposal
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
Essential Requirements
✅ Must be 21 years of age or over
✅ Must have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
✅ Reliable with a strong work ethic
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Ability to work night shifts and follow a rotating shift pattern
✅ Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
