Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract to Carry out responsive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties. You'll deliver high-quality maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.

Requirements:

Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL)
DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)
RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, multi-skilled operative to join their team. You will be responsible for reactive maintenance works in social housing properties across the patch.
