Quality Assurance Programme Manager

Join a leading Financial Services organisation undergoing a large-scale technology transformation programme, with multiple releases and work streams running in parallel across the business.
Your new role

Provide independent Delivery Assurance and Quality Management across a complex transformation portfolio.
Review delivery quality, governance, methodologies and programme artefacts, ensuring consistent standards are applied across all work streams.
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to programme delivery frameworks and controls.
Act as a trusted advisor to the PMO and senior programme leadership, providing objective feedback on delivery health and quality.What you'll need to succeed

Strong Delivery Assurance experience within large-scale transformation programmes.
Deep understanding of delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and quality standards.
MUST HAVE Experience operating within complex Financial Services environments.
Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
Clearing House, Market Infrastructure or similar enterprise transformation experience would be highly desirable.What you need to do now
