Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE

Working Arrangement: 1 day working from home
About the Client:
Our client is a bespoke high-end residential contractor with a turnover of £40 million. With a strong presence in West London and continued growth, they are seeking an Estimator to join their expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on a range of high-value residential projects within a well-established and forward-moving business.
The Role:
* Take full financial responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare and manage tender submissions
* Negotiate tender returns and final project costs
* Liaise with subcontractors from initial engagement through to final accounts
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
* Carry out first principle estimating
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as an Estimator or Pre-Construction Manager with a Main Contractor
* Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as Commercial Management
* Strong commercial awareness and acumen
Desirable:
* Experience delivering interior fit-out or high-end residential projects ranging from £3 million to £30 million
