Are you a highly organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to support large-scale marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across European marketplaces during one of the busiest periods of the year.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on major promotional events, helping deliver customer-focused campaigns that drive engagement, acquisition, conversion, and brand visibility.

What You'll Be Doing

Support the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns across EU marketplaces, with a particular focus on peak seasonal events.
Manage outbound merchandising activities to improve customer discovery, conversion, and retention.
Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across onsite placements and outbound communication channels.
Coordinate customer-facing communications, including email campaigns, push notifications, and homepage placements across multiple European locales.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across retail, merchandising, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain exceptional quality standards.What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing, merchandising, campaign management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.Desirable

Experience supporting e-commerce or retail marketing campaigns.
