Data Administrator - Leeds (LS15) - HYBRID WORKING
Location: LS15, Leeds
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Hybrid Working: Monday & Friday from home - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
Contract: Temporary until the end of 2026, with potential to extend or become permanent
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
We are currently recruiting for Data Administrators to join a busy and fast-paced Order Management team based in Leeds.
This is a highly data-driven and analytical role, so we are looking for individuals who are confident working with large volumes of information, have excellent attention to detail and are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
You will play an important role in ensuring data is accurate, up to date and effectively managed across multiple systems. The role will also involve a strong element of planning, organisation and problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and using information to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately processing and inputting high volumes of data and invoices
Using Microsoft Excel extensively to manage, analyse, update and validate data
Maintaining accurate records across multiple internal systems
Identifying discrepancies, investigating issues and ensuring data is corrected promptly
Supporting the planning and coordination of logistics activities through accurate data management
Monitoring information and ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed
Producing and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and data records
Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries and discrepancies
Providing general administrative and data-processing support to the wider logistics team
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be analytical, organised and highly detail-focused, with a genuine confidence when working with data.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
Previous experience in data administration, data entry, administration, logistics or a similar environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and large datasets
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to identify errors, investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
Strong organisational and planning skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines effectively
Confidence working across multiple systems
A methodical and analytical approach to work
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsExcel experience is particularly important for this role, so candidates should be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets on a daily basis.
