Senior M&E Asset Survor - (QA/QC)
Imediate Start - 3 Months Contract - Home Based
I’m working with a leading consultancy who are looking for an experienced Senior M&E Consultant to undertake QA work on a major FM, estates and property programmes.
This is a senior technical role focused on M&E asset assurance, QA/QC and technical compliance, working across a live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA/QC and technical assurance of M&E asset surveys and registers.
Review mechanical, electrical and public health asset information for accuracy, condition and compliance.
Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, missing information and poor-quality survey outputs.
Provide technical guidance and challenge surveyors, contractors and project teams where required.
Oversee survey activity and ensure outputs meet client and programme requirements.
Produce client-facing technical reports, findings and recommendations.
Support clients with asset, lifecycle, maintenance and condition-related requirements.
Ensure work aligns with relevant standards and frameworks including CIBSE, SFG20, Uniclass and NRM3.About You
Strong M&E / building services background.
Experience in M&E surveying, QA/QC, technical assurance or asset management.
Confident reviewing and challenging technical information.
Strong understanding of M&E assets, condition and lifecycle requirements.
Excellent stakeholder and client-management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with surveyors and delivery teams.
Experience with asset management systems, Excel, Power BI or similar would be advantageous.This is a great opportunity for an experienced M&E professional looking to move into a senior consultancy / technical assurance role with significant client exposure and responsibility
