Job Title: Retail Site Manager – Norwich

Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on a live Tesco refurbishment project in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of construction work, managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out and has completed Tesco training.

Key Requirements:

* Black CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Human Focus

* Experience in Fast track retail fit out projects

Responsibilities:

* Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met

* Oversee health and safety protocols on-site

* Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel

* Report project progress to the main contractor

* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment

Salary:

£280 - £300 per day
