Social Housing Service Subcontractor - EX Postcodes

£25-£30 per service | Social Housing Contract

We are currently recruiting experienced self-employed subcontractors to carry out service works on social housing properties across EX postcode areas.

The Opportunity

We have ongoing work available under a social housing contract for reliable subcontractors who can provide a professional, high-quality service to residents.

Requirements

We are looking for subcontractors who:

Have previous social housing or domestic property experience

Are reliable and professional

Have their own tools and transport

Can work independently and complete jobs to a good standard

Hold relevant qualifications where required

Have appropriate insurance and self-employed status
