Start: 14th September 2026 / ASAP
Contract until: 7th May 2027
£30.00 PAYE | £40.55 Umbrella
40 hours per week | Monday-Friday
Onsite | Inside IR35Rullion is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Coordinator to support a major offshore wind project based in Lowestoft.

This is a key site-based position, acting as a central point of contact between Site Management, project teams, contractors, suppliers and visitors. You'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day site activities organised, efficient and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily site administration and supporting Site Management
* Collecting, verifying and consolidating project data and reports, including DPRs and KPIs
* Coordinating personnel travel, accommodation and crew changes
* Producing and maintaining crew change manifests and personnel records
* Acting as the first point of contact for site personnel and visitors
* Organising meetings and preparing/distributing meeting minutes
* Maintaining personnel certificates, qualifications and training records
* Supporting PO creation and budget checks where required
* Ensuring administrative activities comply with company procedures and HSE requirements
* Liaising with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and suppliersWe're looking for someone with:

✓ Strong office/business administration or Site Coordinator experience
✓ Excellent organisation and communication skills
✓ Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
✓ SAP experience
✓ Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a busy project environment
✓ A proactive, self-motivated and service-focused approach
✓ Previous experience within offshore wind, renewables or construction projects would be highly advantageous

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major offshore wind project and work within a busy, fast-paced site team through to May 2027.

PPE Provided by site , Onsite induction first day and H&S on site.Hazards associated with site such as trips slips and falls.
