We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Brent, London NW10.

Key Details

Position: Nursery Teacher
Location: Brent, London NW10
Start Date: September 2026
Working Days: Monday to Wednesday
Contract: Long-term, part-time
Duration: Full academic year, until July 2027
Salary: Outer London MPS, dependent on experience

Please note that the successful candidate must be available for the entire first week of term. The role also includes planning responsibilities and attendance at CPD sessions.

The Role

As the Nursery Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Use high-quality observations and assessments to monitor children's progress
Work collaboratively with Early Years practitioners, support staff and parents
Maintain high safeguarding standards
Contribute positively to the wider school community
Attend CPD sessions on Wednesdays

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from Nursery Teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
Have previous Nursery or EYFS teaching experience
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
Can commit to working Monday to Wednesday on a long-term basis
