Rate £15.17 + holidays (33 - 25days + 8BH)
Duration 12months+
Attendance Bonus - £150 a quarter for full attendance (£600 annually)
Our client is seeking an experienced Dispatch Operative to work as a member of the Dispatch Team primarily responsible for Picking & Packing of customer orders and attaching all associated shipping documentation & palletising in ready for carrier collection.
Main Responsibilities of the Dispatch Operative
Daily Picking & packing of customer Orders
Putting away in set locations and booking onto IT system
Checking customer orders, with accuracy and reporting any errors to dispatch supervisor.
Completing all dispatch paperwork to correct standards.
To ensure that all processes are carried in line with standard operating procedures.
Good, effective communications, raise any non-conformities are actioned
Any other duties as requested by a member of the management team.Skills
Good verbal and written skills.
A proactive thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Knowledge and basic user of Microsoft Office tools (SAP would be an advantage)
Strong organisational skills.FLT license desirable but not essential
