Description

Lead and manage housing services to ensure they meet organisational objectives and resident needs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee budgets and financial performance within the housing department.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Manage and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
Engage with stakeholders and partners to promote the organisation's housing services.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on housing-related matters.Profile

A successful Head of Supported Housing should have:
