Senior Salmon are recruiting for a respected electronics manufacturer who are expanding their production team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, hands‑on work and takes pride in building high‑quality electronic products from start to finish. If you like seeing the results of your craftsmanship every day, this role will suit you well.

You’ll be working closely with Supervisors, Production Control and the wider production team, contributing to a smooth, organised and quality‑driven environment. The work is varied, technical and genuinely rewarding — you’ll be assembling, soldering, inspecting and helping bring complete electronic units together.

Key Duties

PCB population – placing and preparing components for assembly

Soldering electronic components to printed circuit boards

PCBA assembly into cases and chassis

Quality inspection of completed assemblies

Repairs and modifications when required

Component and wire preparation including tinning

General production support as directed by Supervisors

Supporting company environmental practices and safe working procedures

Skills & Experience Needed

Experience in PCB or electronic assembly

Confident soldering ability

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow technical instructions accurately

Quality‑focused approach and pride in workmanship

Understanding of safe working practices

Hours & Pay
Immediate start available.
Monday to Thursday: 7.45am – 4.30pm (15‑minute paid break mid‑morning, 20‑minute lunch).
Friday: 7.40am – 2.00pm (15‑minute paid break mid‑morning).
Wage: Dependent on experience.
