About this contract

Provide high-quality, person-centred support in line with the individual's care plan.
Support a young person with Autism to participate in activities at home and within the community.
Encourage independence, communication, social interaction, and life skills development.
Assist with daily routines while promoting choice, dignity, and respect.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Support attendance at recreational, educational, and social activities.
Monitor the young person's well-being and respond appropriately to changes in behaviour or presentation.
Follow Positive Behaviour Support strategies and agreed risk management plans.
Work collaboratively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders involved in the young person's care.
Maintain accurate and timely records of support provided.
Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.
Support with community outings and activities while ensuring the young person's safety and well-being.
Encourage engagement in hobbies, interests, and meaningful activities.
Promote a calm, consistent, and structured environment that meets the needs of an individual with Autism
