ITS Property Maintenance are working with a reputable contractor delivering planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within the social housing sector.
We're looking for a reliable Driver Labourer to join the team, supporting Kitchen Fitters, Bathroom Fitters and Multi-Trades across occupied and void properties throughout Bridgewater.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role, so previous labouring or construction experience is essential.
If you have basic carpentry, plumbing or general multi-trade skills, this would be advantageous but is not essential.
A full UK driving licence is required as you'll be responsible for driving a company van between sites and assisting the team throughout the working day.
Your Key Duties

Supporting Kitchen Fitters and Bathroom Fitters on planned refurbishment projects
*
Stripping out old kitchens and getting ready for a new installation
*
Assisting with kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and installations
*
Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment
*
Removing and disposing of waste materials safely and efficiently
*
Driving a company van between properties across Bridgewater and surrounding areas
*
Maintaining van stock and ensuring materials are available for the day's work
*
Carrying out general labouring duties and assisting trades where required
*
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
What's Needed From You
*
Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
*
Previous labouring or construction experience
*
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
*
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
*
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*
Strong customer service skills when working within residents' homes
*
Good communication skills
*
Ability to work well as part of a team
Hours & Pay
*
40 hours per week
*
£15 - £17 per hour
*
PAYE (Holiday Pay or Rolled-Up Holiday Pay available)
*
Starting ASAP
*
Able to follow instructions while also using your own initiative
