Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next client-side opportunity? We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver a range of estates and construction projects for a healthcare organisation in Leicestershire.
You’ll manage multiple projects valued up to £10m, working closely with senior stakeholders, contractors, estates and design teams. This is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will:
Manage multiple estates and construction projects valued up to £10m.
Oversee project budgets, programmes and timescales.
Manage contractors and ensure high Health & Safety standards.
Provide senior management with clear updates on project progress and costs.
Coordinate with estates, design and construction teams.
Ensure successful delivery within a live operational environment. About You
To be successful as the Project Manager, you’ll have:
Proven project management experience within estates, construction or a similar environment.
Experience managing contractors, budgets and project programmes.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Healthcare or NHS estates experience would be advantageous. What’s in it for You?
£40 - £50 per hour, dependent on experience
