Production Team Leader - ReadingWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing team in Reading on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of production operatives to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Monitor workflow and production schedules to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
Ensure all products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.Requirements
Previous experience in a Production Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop team members.
Experience working within a production or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.What's on Offer?
