Quality Inspector - Utility Scale Solar PV

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to support the construction phase of a large-scale Solar PV project. The successful candidate will ensure all civil, mechanical, and electrical works are installed in accordance with manufacturer installation manuals, project specifications, and internal quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Perform field inspections
Verify compliance with manufacturer installation requirements
Ensure full material traceability by inspecting, identifying, tracking, and verifying all materials and components delivered to and installed on site.
Support the progressive compilation of project quality documentation, including Technical Memory files, checklists, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Identify and report quality concerns, defects, and technical red flags promptly to the QA/QC Manager and Project Manager to prevent rework and delays.
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation throughout the construction phase.

Requirements

Proven experience on Solar projects and/or large scale EPC projects
Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturer installation manuals.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to documentation and material tracking.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
