The Role
* EICR testing across occupied and void social housing properties
* Clear daily schedules with manageable workloads
* Supportive team, reliable workflow, and long-term stability
* Paid up to £250 per day, depending on experience and productivity
What You’ll Need
* 18th Edition qualification
* Experience in domestic or social housing environments
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports
Location
* Work is based across Clacton-on-Sea and surrounding areas, with mileage options available.
