An established and busy law firm is looking for an experienced Post Completions / Land Registry Administrator to join its team in Southend.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has hands-on experience in post completions and Land Registry work and is confident managing matters independently.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing post-completion matters through to registration, including:
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
• Managing registrations and dealing with requisitions
• Using the HM Land Registry website and online services
• Monitoring and progressing outstanding applications
• Reviewing legal documentation for accuracy
• Resolving registration queries and issues
• Maintaining accurate records and case updates
• Liaising with relevant parties where required
• Managing deadlines and prioritising a busy workload
We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Post Completions / Land Registry role within a law firm – essential
Strong knowledge of Land Registry procedures and processes
Confident using HM Land Registry's online services
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage your own workload and caseload
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive approach with the ability to resolve issues independently
This is not a trainee position — previous practical experience is essential, and the successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running.
