Stephen Rookes is the director and a freelance consultant at Strategic Risk & Compliance Consultancy Limited. SRC's mission is to champion best practice in risk and compliance for the professional recruitment sector. For 20+ years, Stephen worked for a number of multinational engineering companies and consultancies and before setting up SRC, for 16+ years he was the commercial and legal director of an international recruiter.
