Phil Pluck is the CEO of the Freelancer and Contractor Services Association (FCSA) which is the UK’s leading membership body dedicated to raising standards and promoting supply chain compliance for the temporary labour market.

He has previously held CEO roles in other trade bodies dedicated to protecting consumers and raising standards as well as being a director of ACAS, ensuring workers and business received fair and impartial access to advice and support in order to resolve employment disputes.
