Mollie started her career in tax in 2012 initially dealing with IR35 contracts and queries.  Mollie joined the contractor solutions team at Markel Tax in 2018 and now provides advice to clients and accountants on IR35 legislation, Employment Status, Agency Legislation, Construction Industry Scheme, Contract drafting, ADR and defending clients against HMRC challenges. Since joining Markel, Mollie has successfully defended numerous enquiries before they have reached tribunal stage and has worked with both client companies and contractors against HMRC disputes.
