Kelly Macey is the Contract Practice Head for Reed's technology division, bringing 13 years of expertise in IT and digital recruitment. Joining Reed in 2013 as a contracts consultant with prior hiring management experience, she progressed quickly and was appointed contract team manager in 2016. She leads a team that delivers flexible resourcing solutions - including temporary, contract, and consultancy/SOW services - to support IT and digital transformation projects across London, South England, and South Wales. Kelly remains hands‑on in delivery, working closely with organisations to secure the talent that drives business growth.
